udebet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
udebet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use udebet at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits udebet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
